Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation site wasn’t helping them achieve the full potential for their multi-million dollar donation goals. They came to EnvisionUP looking for a way to reach donors with their message.
EnvisionUP conducted in-person interviews with key stakeholders across their departments. We analyzed the traffic patterns and helped identify the key user groups. We found that many users found their old website difficult to use, and useful pages were not being visited as often as expected. We developed a design to address those needs directly.
The new website and its structure has made it easier for managers to update their content. The design organizes the large amount of information so that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Judging from the results, it’s working for the users.
